HOME INSPECTIONS

Home inspections are pretty new in the Quad Cities. They are a lot more common on the East and West coast. Corporate Relocation Companies often demand them. Most homes here do not have them, but they are your right if you want them. Inspections should always be paid for by the buyer. A legal relationship between the expert and he who hires is established by payment. If something is missed, you can always go back on the inspector if you paid.
