IOWA HOUSING AUTHORITY - IHAP
This program is a grant to assist first time buyers to purchase a home in Iowa. The maximum grant is 5% of the mortgage or $2,750.00 - whichever is less. The program is to help lower income buyers into a home. There are a number of guidelines, listed below. If you qualify, it is free money.
